Car park resurfacing.
Plan renewal around parking, pedestrian access and the way your property operates.
Define the work that is needed.
For commercial landlords, managing agents, facilities teams and operators of workplaces, schools, leisure and hospitality properties. Suitability is assessed for the individual site.
Surface renewal
Assess worn asphalt, local failures and the suitability of resurfacing rather than reconstruction.
Levels and interfaces
Define planing, regulation, service-cover adjustments and connections at entrances, kerbs and drainage.
Return to use
Identify phased closures, parking arrangements, markings and the completion records required by the operator.
What determines the specification?
Vehicle movements, turning areas, existing layers and drainage determine the pavement design. An overlay is appropriate only where the underlying pavement, levels and drainage can support the proposed solution; compacted thickness and materials follow the agreed specification.
Request a Site AssessmentWhat we need to assess the scope.
- Site location, parking layout and photographs of worn or failed areas.
- Vehicle types, approximate work limits and any available pavement or drainage records.
- Operating hours, peak periods, parking alternatives and required completion date.
What needs to be resolved.
- Maintain agreed pedestrian routes, accessible bays and building entrances.
- Resolve falls, gullies, ironwork and tie-ins before choosing finished levels.
- Agree phased closures and reopening criteria. Drainage alterations, kerbs, markings and testing are included only when specified in the agreed scope.
Pavement specification depends on loading, ground conditions, drainage and the complete pavement design. Scope, access arrangements and programme need to be agreed for the individual project.
